Desafortunadamente, esto significa que ya han llegado al final de su vida comercial.<br \/>\nA partir del 31 de Marzo 2018 Tellermate no prestara m\u00e1s soporte post-venta a las contadoras modelo TY y TY+. Tenga en cuenta que esto no afectar\u00e1 a sus contadoras modelo T-Ix.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u00bfComo s\u00e9 que tengo una TY -TY+?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tiene dos maneras de verificarlo. Primero, f\u00edjese en el n\u00famero de serie de su contadora. Si el n\u00famero empieza por AAA, AAB, AAC, AAD o AAE (seguido de 6 n\u00fameros) entonces Usted tiene una Tellermate modelo TY o TY+. Si no puede encontrar el n\u00famero de serie o no est\u00e1 seguro de ello, mire las im\u00e1genes inferiores. La imagen de la izquierda es de una TY. La primera, que no continuamos fabricando contadoras TY. Lo que significa que, si su TY se rompe, Usted no podr\u00e1 adquirir este mismo modelo. De la misma manera, si necesita piezas sueltas o accesorios, tampoco podremos suministrarlos. En vez de esto, ofreceremos a nuestros clientes un descuento especial para reemplazarla con una T-i<sup>x<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 Tellermate no presta m\u00e1s este servicio a las TY? <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es comprensible que, al no tener las piezas requeridas, no podemos seguir fabricando las TY. Algunos de los componentes que utilizamos, ahora son obsoletos. Esto significa que nuestros proveedores no pueden disponer de los componentes para que sigamos fabricando las TY, y no podemos encontrarlos en ning\u00fan otro sitio.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00bfPero qu\u00e9 ocurre si soy un cliente con un contrato T-Cover?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si Usted tiene una contadora TY contratada con un T-Cover, Tellermate respetar\u00e1 su contrato.
