En effet, les compteuses de pi\u00e8ces et de billets Tellermate mod\u00e8le TY ont d\u00e9sormais 17 ans. Malheureusement, cela signifie que ce produit a atteint la fin de son cycle. Veuillez noter que cela n&#8217;affecte pas nos mod\u00e8les T-ix.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0066a1\"><b>Comment savoir si j&#8217;ai un mod\u00e8le TY?<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il existe deux fa\u00e7ons de le v\u00e9rifier. Tout d&#8217;abord, identifiez le num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie sur votre appareil (situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re o\u00f9 se branche le c\u00e2ble d\u2019alimentation). Si le num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie commence par AAA, AAB, AAC, AAD ou AAE (suivi de 6 chiffres), vous avez une compteuse Tellermate TY. Si vous ne trouvez pas le num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie ou si vous avez un doute, regardez les images ci-dessous. Celle de gauche est un mod\u00e8le TY. Tout d\u2019abord, nous ne fabriquerons plus de compteuse TY. Si votre machine est en panne ou endommag\u00e9e, nous ne serons pas en mesure de la r\u00e9parer ou de vous vendre le m\u00eame mod\u00e8le, il en sera de m\u00eame si vous avez besoin de pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es (distributeurs seulement). Cependant, nous serons en mesure d\u2019offrir \u00e0 nos clients une remise lors de l\u2019achat d\u2019une T-i<sup>x<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0066a1\"><b>Pourquoi ces mod\u00e8les ne sont-ils plus pris en charge ? <\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tout simplement car nous ne sommes plus en mesure de les fabriquer. La plupart des composants que nous utilisons sont d\u00e9sormais obsol\u00e8tes.
